This little apartment was very cute and clean and right next to a bus stop and a grocery store. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. However it's about a 20 minute bus ride to Chamonix which was a little inconvenient. This is also advertised as a ski in/ski out location and that is not accurate. There are ski areas very close, about a 10-20 minute walk, but you can NOT ski directly from the apartment. The first night we were there, the instructions for heating said to set the thermostat and turn the radiator knobs. There was no thermostat on the wall, and the customer service was not very good about helping us figure out the heating. My friend and I were so cold the first night we slept in the same bed under two comforters. It was not until the next day someone called and we got it figured out. The water pressure in the apartment is also awful. There was barely enough water running to take a shower and there was no shower curtain so water got all over the bathroom when we were showering. The induction stovetop provided for cooking was difficult to figure out. After searching and reviewing manuals online we found that the induction top required a specific type of pan so the stove could sense a pan and stay on. Only 3 of the pots and pans provided were compatible with the stove top and the only pan that worked was missing a handle. We notified the customer service of this, but I don't think anything was done about it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Appartement cosy, raisonnablement bien équipé mais nécessitant un peu d’entretien. Pour une capacité maximale, il n’y a pas assez de verres de toutes tailles, et nous avons trouvé l’équipement de cuisine un peu limité. Nous avons découvert une fenêtre cassée dans la chambre principale, une porte de micro-ondes cassée, et le canapé aurait besoin d’un nettoyage.L’immeuble lui-même est agréable et très propre. Très bien situé en centre-ville, mais il faut noter qu’il est proche du supermarché : c’est pratique, mais les livraisons tôt le matin peuvent déranger les personnes sensibles au bruit !
